Itinerary services- The no refund policy reflects the amount of time I set aside for preparing and creating the itinerary as well as the advice that is in it. Once I spend my time creating the itinerary for you, I can’t get it back. I cannot guarantee you will be completely satisfied with the itinerary. But I am always only an email away if you have questions/concerns.
Digital itineraries and the ebook are non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable files and your irrevocable access to them once they’ve been delivered.
